เมื่อวันที่ 16 มิถุนายน พ.ศ. 2568 รองผู้อำนวยการและเจ้าหน้าที่จากสำนักงานจังหวัดฟุกุโอกะ ประจำกรุงเทพฯ ได้เดินทางมาเยี่ยมชมบริษัทของเรา สำนักงานดังกล่าวมีบทบาทในการสนับสนุนการขยายธุรกิจของบริษัทในจังหวัดฟุกุโอกะสู่ต่างประเทศ รวมถึงการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลสถานการณ์ในพื้นที่ และการเยี่ยมชมครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังต่อไปนี้
- การสอบถามเกี่ยวกับคุณสมบัติของบุคลากรที่บริษัทญี่ปุ่นต้องการ
- การสัมภาษณ์ผู้สมัครฝึกงาน
- การเยี่ยมชมสถานที่เรียนการสอนภาษาญี่ปุ่น
- การรับฟังความคิดเห็นจากผู้ที่เคยฝึกงานในประเทศญี่ปุ่น
- การแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการฝึกงาน
- การแลกเปลี่ยนความคิดเห็นโดยรวม
นอกจากนี้ คณะผู้เยี่ยมชมยังได้เยี่ยมชมโรงเรียนสอนภาษาญี่ปุ่น และได้พบปะพูดคุยกับนักเรียนที่กำลังเตรียมตัวไปฝึกงานในประเทศญี่ปุ่น ซึ่งนักเรียนเหล่านี้ต่างมีความฝันและความหวังในการเดินทางไปฝึกงาน การได้เห็นบรรยากาศดังกล่าวด้วยตนเองถือเป็นโอกาสที่มีคุณค่าอย่างยิ่ง
จากการเยี่ยมชมในครั้งนี้ เราได้สัมผัสถึงความจริงจังของจังหวัดฟุกุโอกะในการดำเนินมาตรการต่าง ๆ เพื่อการอยู่ร่วมกันและการเติบโตร่วมกันกับแรงงานต่างชาติในหลากหลายมิติ
ทั้งนี้ จากสถิติของสำนักงานแรงงานจังหวัดฟุกุโอกะ ณ สิ้นเดือนตุลาคม พ.ศ. 2567 มีแรงงานต่างชาติประมาณ 76,000 คนทำงานอยู่ในจังหวัดฟุกุโอกะ โดยในจำนวนนั้นเป็นผู้ฝึกงานด้านเทคนิคประมาณ 18,300 คน
June 16th, 2025 The Vice President and Officer from Bangkok office has to visited our company office. They are support to those company to expanding business role to overseas together with situation statistics data area survey.
However, the main purpose to visited us has listed by points as below details:
- Qualification of personnel according to Japanese company requested
- Interviewed of the trainees
- Visited the place of the Japanese Language classroom
- Listen to opinions from Thai worker intern who has experience at Japan before
- Shared the data or trouble happen during on the process
- Shared the opinions for whole experience
Therefore, the visitors have visited Japanese classroom and get opportunity to talked and meet with the students when they are still learning by Japanese teaching at the classroom too.
All of the students may have the great dream and hopping to travel for work intern at Japan as well. So, they are visited us this time it might to feel take measure of Fukuoka province strong to support together which grow-up for multidimensional.
The end of October, 2024 from the labor statistics data from Fukuoka province. They are found that foreigner workers approximate 76,000 persons working there and for the intern workers approximate 18,000 persons.
